Charity Auction Includes a 'Day of Golfing with Alex Lifeson'

Alex Lifeson has generously donated his time to an upcoming auction sponsored by the Fore Batten Foundation. The Foundation's goal is to raise awareness and funding for increased research into Juvenile Batten Disease - an ultra-rare, fatal, inherited disorder that primarily affects the nervous system. The Foundation sponsors a silent auction each year with most donations coming from the greater golfing community. This year's auction includes a day of golf with Alex Lifeson himself. According to the auction listing , "...2 players will join Alex for a great day of golf, laughs and maybe some music at one of Canada's premier private clubs..." The auction begins next week and will run through the end of March. A complete list of all the items available in the charity auction are available HERE . Also, please visit forebatten.org for additional details on the foundation and its efforts to help combat this terrible illness. Thanks to Ed from RushIsAB
