The Neil Peart Research Award Announced by the Glioblastoma Foundation
With the unfortunate passing of Neil Peart due to Glioblastoma, a form of brain cancer, the Glioblastoma Foundation has just announced a new fundraiser research initiative entitled "The Neil Peart Research Award."
According to the foundation's website, the award will provide Neurosurgery residents at leading medical institutions around the country with funding to conduct new, cutting-edge glioblastoma research. The foundation is also offering up limited-edition 5" x 7" portraits entitled "The Professor" to anyone who donates $21.12 or more.
