Cover of Rush's Animate by Allegaeon Now Online

Back in September of 2016, the Colorado-based 'Modern Melodic Death Metal' band Allegaeon (pronounced: uh-lee-juhn) released their fourth full-length album titled Proponent for Sentience. The album's final track was a death-metal influenced version of Rush's Subdivisions, which you can listen to at this LINK.

During the period when Allegaeon was recording Proponent for Sentience, the band decided to also record a cover of Rush's Animate. While that track didn't make it on to the album, the band have just released it online. You can listen to the cover version via this LINK, or from the embedded video below.
