Remastered in 96kHz/24-bit, okay.
"...All The World's A Stage plus the DVD-Audio mix of Fly By Night"? Definitely incorrect. Why? Because there are relatively few DVD Audio player owners out there of the hundreds of millions of DVD Video/CD Audio players past, present and future (I should know, my company helped develop the first ones, and we had the industry reference players for quite some time). DVD Audio involved a completely different codec, which is not backwards compatible with non-DVD Audio players. A DVD Audio disc may contain a variety of codecs up to and including a Dolby Digital 5.1 codec (and even in some extremely rare cases a DTS codec), but also must by default use Meridian Lossless Packing, which, again, is not backwards compatible with non-DVD Audio players.
And of course, you can't encode a CD with 92/24. Just can't do it. Not part of the spec. What isn't said is that the 96/24 remaster has been downconverted to 44.1/16. Not knowing what they did with the original master tapes (analog in the old days, and then analog/digital, and then---possibly---fully digital by the time "Hold Your Fire" was recorded), simply stating that it was remastered at 96/24 doesn't really tell us anything useful except for maybe in the DVD 5.1 Dolby Digital version, you'll hear more tape hiss.
Lastly, no one makes DVD Audio discs anymore. The market for that format dried up a long time ago, and quite honestly the only reason DVD and Blu-ray player manufacturers continue to support it (or bring it back) is because an incredibly niche market of DVD Audio and SACD format enthusiasts continue to make noises for them both in forums, and industry reviewers complain when those decoding engines are part of the package.
And WTH is a "premaster"??? ;-)
