Rush: Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland
The wait is finally over. Rush's latest concert film - Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland is now available on DVD, Blu-Ray and CD. In addition, a vinyl edition of Moving Pictures Live also taken from the April 15th Cleveland show, is available (though quantities are limited).

As expected, the Blu-Ray version of the concert film is currently only available at Best Buy as well as the Rush Backstage Club. The Blu-Ray version will be released world-wide to all retailers on or about December 20th.

  5. Is it me or does the live album sound.. thin? It reminds me of some better boots from the Roll the Bones tour, like "Animated". Seems "The Caveman" helped produce it, so there's that "raw" feeling, not too polished, you know? Almost an ATWAS sound. Probably intentional, and not horrible by any means, as that kind of tone is often sought-after. Marathon was quite good as a standout, though Alex was subdued and shorter with his solo than at RedRocks from what I remember. Workin' Them Angels was as good a version as their promo-live, and ... but Leave That Thing Alone was a bit rough (I like my cover of it better, albeit narcissistically). The MP sections were great that Geddy got the high notes, quite bravely and no easy task! Though, oh how I miss the quality of Different Stages: Perfection!
